Please look at the map posted here and let us know, in the comment section of the Castrorum form, the letters of your first and second choice of the area you would like to camp in. Area M will be available for camping, but it will need smaller fallen branches cleared. There are currently 2 downed trees in that area, but we expect to be able to clear them. Area W is available for camping, but the paths around it are currently blocked by fallen branches. We will update as clearing continues. If you would like to see pictures and more detailed comments about the state of the camping areas, please check out the public Facebook group

FULL WEEKEND EVENT FEES FOR 2024

Family Fee Cap is $120 (minus applicable SCA membership discounts): This covers 2 Parents/legal guardians and their legal minor Children/Youth/Wards.
One-Day-only fees must be paid at the Gate. There is no pre-registration for day fees. The Adult (18+) one-day fee is $25 with a discount of $10 for SCA members. Minors (0-17) are free.
Pet Fee: $2 per pet. Dogs, cats, and non-livestock birds are the only animals the OR Parks Dept. allows on site. All cats and dogs must have proof that their rabies vaccination is current (a date of expiration, a date of inoculation with a statement of how long it lasts, etc.) Pet fees do not affect the family max total.
IMPORTANT DATES
May 8 – last day to pre-register and request camping space via Castrorum
May 15 – all checks/money orders to pay for pre-registration must be received. That means you have to U.S. mail it early enough to arrive by May 15 – we suggest mailing by May 8 at the latest.
May 15 – all PayPal invoices must be paid by card by 11:59 pm
May 15 – last day to email a request to Egils.Register@gmail.com for refund of your gate fee if you have already paid and can’t come to the event. Refunds (amount paid minus PayPal charges) will be made by check after the event. Please include your modern name, US Mail address, and Castrorum registration information in your request. If you have not yet paid but did request camping space, please do let us know if you cannot attend so that we can reassign the camping space.
One possible glitch to be aware of when linking to Castrorum:
Google does not trust the Facebook Messenger browser, so you will get an error if you click on this link from FB Messenger when trying to log in using a Google account. Instead, copy the link from Messenger and paste it into your phone browser.
