Family Fee Cap is $120 (minus applicable SCA membership discounts): This covers 2 Parents/legal guardians and their legal minor Children/Youth/Wards.
One-Day-only fees must be paid at the Gate. There is no pre-registration for day fees. The Adult (18+) one-day fee is $25 with a discount of $10 for SCA members. Minors (0-17) are free.
Pet Fee: $2 per pet. Dogs, cats, and non-livestock birds are the only animals the OR Parks Dept. allows on site. All cats and dogs must have proof that their rabies vaccination is current (a date of expiration, a date of inoculation with a

1 May 2024 — Merchant Application — Must be postmarked by 1 May to be accepted.

8 May 2024 — The last day to request a refund of merchant fee if cancelling merchanting. Please email egils@antir.org with Merchant Cancellation in the subject line and let us know that you need to cancel your merchant booth for the event. Refunds will be made by check after the event.
15 May — all checks/money orders to pay for pre-registration must be received. That means you have to U.S. mail it early enough to arrive by May 15 – we suggest mailing by May 8 at the latest.

15 May 2024 — all PayPal invoices must be paid by 11:59 pm. Unpaid land reservations will be released.
15 May 2024 — The last day to apply for a refund for a land reservation. Email a request to Egils.Register@gmail.com for refund of your gate fee if you have already paid and can’t come to the event. Refunds (amount paid minus PayPal charges) will be made by check after the event. Please include your modern name, US Mail address, and Castrorum registration information in your request.
If you requested a camping space, have not paid for the reservation, and have had to cancel your plans to attend, please do let us know if you cannot attend so that we can reassign the camping space. Egils.Register@gmail.com
20 May 2024 — The last day to request accessibility use for the on-site generator. The generator is available for CPAP charging and mobility devices, or necessary medical devices. It is not available for charging personal devices like cell phones. To request generator time or If you have any questions, please email the event at egils@antir.org with Generator in the subject line.
